Social Media Strategy
US based travel company Fisheye Journeys offers small group tours in Latin American and the Caribbean, connecting intrepid travelers to local culture. For the launch of their first Cuba trip in July 2016, we partnered on a multi-faceted content marketing campaign to promote and target engagement.
We created innovative content ranging from advertisement design to documentary-style coverage applied seamlessly across print, digital and social media platforms that developed Fisheye Journeys presence within the independent travel market.
Three months prior to the trip, we devised a summer campaign and marketing strategy to promote and launch Fisheye Journeys Cuba excursion on Instagram making it accessible to the majestic disorder community.
Actively connecting and aligning the ethos of our majestic disorder community with Fisheye Journeys, we achieved 80 percent of all ticket bookings through our network for their July trip and secured bookings for their upcoming trips as well.
For majestic disorder issue 8, we produced a limited edition cover, detailed editorial and engaging visuals of our trip illustrating Fisheye Journeys position as a socially and environmentally responsible travel company.
Additionally we created cross-brand partnerships with fashion labels such as ace&jig and daily content during the trip published on majestic disorder’s various social media channels crafting an online narrative that increased Fisheye Journeys exposure and community engagement
