Beachspoke was created from a desire to embrace distinct and design-led places across the UK where guests can escape for a relaxing getaway. Launched in 2014, Beachspoke has built a collection of one-off, individually designed spaces and grown into a full-service lettings agent and design firm.
The London-based company selected majestic disorder media as their social media marketing, management and content production team where we brought their vision to life delivering creative and engaging content across platforms with seamless communication converting to bookings.
Our social media duties included managing the Beachspoke Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels on a daily basis. With our innovative strategies and powerful creativity applied to visuals and editorial, we achieved growing Beachspoke’s Instagram over 10,000 followers in addition to increased user engagement across platforms.
Additionally, we managed paid advertising campaigns on a daily basis across social media platforms overseeing marketing spend, which directly resulted in bookings.
The next step in our marketing strategy was augmenting the digital newsletter. Transitioning to a visual-led marketing tool, we created compelling and concise copy, whilst hitting sales objectives. Our newsletters doubled the industry average click rate in addition to increased subscriber growth.
Beachspoke carefully curates unique design-escapes in Cornwall, Devon and the Cotswolds that marry the quality and standards expected of a boutique hotel with the freedom associated with traditional holiday home-stays.
Essential to communicating this experience, we developed an editorial strategy producing weekly stories published on the Beachspoke Notes that focused on the local areas highlighting exploration, entertainment and culinary delight.
From feature stories on local entrepreneurs to round-ups of the best seasonal things to do, our diverse and engaging editorial content was highly embraced by readers and a unique guide for Beachspoke guests.
